Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate investment strategies
- Conduct property valuations and feasibility studies
- Analyze market trends and investment opportunities
- Structure real estate transactions
- Develop portfolio diversification strategies
- Prepare investment presentations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Real Estate, Finance or Business
- 5+ years in real estate investment
- Strong market analysis skills
- Knowledge of property valuation methods
- Experience with commercial and residential properties
- Excellent client relationship skills
