About This Role
We are seeking a Financial Restructuring Advisor to advise on debt restructuring, insolvency proceedings, and strategic recovery solutions. You will work with companies in financial distress to help them restructure and recover.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on debt restructuring options
- Develop comprehensive turnaround strategies
- Coordinate with legal teams on insolvency proceedings
- Negotiate with creditors and stakeholders
- Prepare restructuring proposals and financial projections
- Monitor implementation of restructuring plans
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- 7+ years in corporate restructuring or turnaround management
- Experience with insolvency law
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Due Diligence
